According to the policy of Asfawaterfilter, both delivery and installation take place within short period of time if the schedule is found available within 1 to 14 working days, on the other hand, after giving shipment order without installation, the client may avail service within 3 working days based on the method of shipment policy of the respective area. Asfawaterfilter will communicate with the customer according to the appointments for installation within 7 working days. The customer may not get the ordered products on time because of some unexpected situations like coronavirus as well as Asfawaterfilter will not be able to serve for those areas which have a total stone. However, the affected customers will get back the paid amounts which have already been paid after their order within 7 working days.
