The client will avail various types of rights provided by Asfawaterfilter. The customer may cancel the ordered product before accomplishment of delivery process. According to the warranty of the product, the customer has the right to enjoy all types of conditions fixed by Asfawaterfilter. If the maintenance team of Asfawaterfilter fails to maintain the policy and even a problem arises in the product, the client may replace or return the product. In case of refund due to the return of the product or cancellation, the customer will get back his paid amount within 15 working days. 

10 years warranty will be given for pure desalination device in case of manufacturing defect as well as 10 years free service will be provided. The filter set can be changed two times in a year for 99 riyals as periodic maintenance. However, Asfawaterfilter will charge 50 dirham when the changing will be required at 5th stage each year. Moreover, it will cost 150 dirham if the change is occurred at 4th stage in every two years.

Electrical equipment is to be always kept away from water. It is strictly prohibited to exchange the device from another company. The device has to be placed in such a way so that direct sunlight and other atmospheric factors cannot reach to it directly. If any violation occurs in the enlisted products according to the policy, the warranty will not be acceptable.
